  • I think it IS a far stretch to assume "that the woman saw no other way out because she felt that the police wouldn't help her".... there is no basis for this assumtion in the report...

  • maybe the reason he's not in jail might be because the investigators didn't find the "he slapped me" story to be credible... just because she's female does not mean that she is infallible... most likely, she lost her cool, out of jealousy, and resorted to violence...
